Please ring the office 01332 363 981 and have the following details available:
- Cardholder account number (long number across the middle of your card)
- Name and initials on the card
- Valid from and to dates on the card, issue number for Debit cards
- Card security code – 3 digits on the back of the card
- Card billing name and address including postcode
- A landline telephone number and your email address
Alternatively, the above details can be emailed to finance@deaf-alerter.com, once processed your details will be deleted for data protection.
Call our finance department between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we will process your payment.
Having placed your order and given us your card details, we process them through our terminal and then we send you a VAT invoice and a print-out from the card machine either via email or in the post, whichever you have requested.
