Due to the rising number of enquiries from customers who want (and expect!) to pay by credit / debit card, we have had a payment terminal installed and can accept the following cards:

UK- issued Credit cards:  a charge of 2.5% of the invoice total (incl VAT) will be applied

MasterCard

Visa 

UK-issued Debit cards:  no extra charges will be applied for using this option

Maestro

Solo

Please ring the office 01332 363 981 and have the following details available:

• Cardholder account number (long number across the middle of your card)
• Name and initials on the card
• Valid from and to dates on the card, issue number for Debit cards
• Card security code – 3 digits on the back of the card
• Card billing name and address including postcode
• A landline telephone number and your email address

If you would like to pay by an alternative means contact finance@deaf-alerter.com and we will arrange a secure method of payment.

Call our finance department between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we will process your payment.

Having placed your order and given us your card details, we process them through our terminal and then we send you a VAT invoice and a print-out from the card machine either via email or in the post, whichever you have requested.
